Live streaming
Our live stream can be played on both
Windows PC and
Mac OS X. You will need speakers or headphones connected to your PC, and have a suitable speed Internet connection.
A dial-up connection, or poor broadband, may result in the signal "dropping". The Live Stream runs at 32 kb/second.
If you are running a Windows PC:
Simply click on the “Listen Online” link. Windows Media Player will automatically launch and connect to our streaming audio server.
If you are running Mac OSX:
We suggest you use the VLC Media Player (also available for the PC). VLC is a free piece of playback software which can be downloaded here. Once you have installed and launched the VLC Media Player go to File / Open File and enter the Media Resource Locator:

On Demand content
To listen to an episode
Click on "Listen" to hear the programme play instantly as a Window Media file.
To save an episode
Click on "Download" to save the programme to your computer as an MP3 file.
To give you some idea of file size, a 30-minute programme = 6 MB.
To listen to a podcast
Click-and-drag this icon into your Pod-Casting software. This will allow your computer to automatically download the latest episodes of your favourite programme.
